This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made from Stabilized Red dyed curly mango with a dyed spalted maple ferrule  

Medium - it is suited for a 210mm gyuto or other Japanese knife.

Weight 52g Length 134mm  (5.25”)

Handle is sanded to 600 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
